Dividend payment will depend on cash availability, debt covenants and statutory distributable reserves and will amount from 30% to 50% of annual net profit.

On June 14, 2007 we paid a dividend of PLN 0.37 per share, paying shareholders PLN 129 millions from 2006 profits.


On June 12, 2008 we paid a dividend of PLN 0.49 per share, paying shareholders PLN 171 millions from 2007 profits.

On June 18, 2009 we paid a dividend of PLN 0.57 per share, paying shaholders PLN 194 millions from 2008 profits.

The Management Board of TVN S.A. decided to recommend a proposal of a dividend payment for the year 2009 of PLN 0.31 per share (subject to AGM approval).
This proposal is based on lower range of the dividend policy.
Such approach will be maintained until ‘n’ platform turns net free cash flow positive.
