The Management Board conducts the Company’s business and represents it in external relations.
The following persons are authorized to represent the Company:
- The President of the Management Board, acting solely or
- Two members of the Management Board, acting jointly.

The Management Board shall be composed of at least three members, including the President and at least one Vice President, all appointed and replaced by the Supervisory Board. As long as it is required by the applicable provisions of law, the majority of members of the Management Board shall be Polish citizens.
